For the average small and medium sized business (SMB), a missed call means missed revenue. Business owners know this, so they often have to jump through hoops to answer any and all incoming calls. But when your local plumber has a wrench in their hand underneath your sink, that call is going to voicemail and the potential customer is going to call the next plumber they find.
This is where Harmony comes in. Harmony is purpose built for handling incoming calls for SMB’s facing common everyday challenges. It handles answering FAQ’s, collects lead information based on what the business needs to follow up and even helps manage the business’s calendar by scheduling appointments for the incoming caller.
Building voice agents is challenging. Building agents that respond fast while still solving valuable problems for a business owner is even more challenging. Our goal with Harmony was to remove that complexity and create a reliable, low friction AI receptionist for SMBs without a dedicated technical staff. To do this, we worked with local NC businesses providing an initial white glove solution to learn what worked, and what did not work during setup.
